Pet Food & Supply Pantry

Pawsitive Impact Project Pet Food & Supply Pantry

Pet Food & Supply Pantry

We are able to provide a pet food & supply pantry because of the generous donations from our amazing community!

The pet food & supply pantry will be open at Stransky Veterinary Center on Tuesdays from 1:00-4:00pm while supplies last.

Our pet food & supply pantry is designed to help people who are struggling to feed their pets and provide necessary supplies. It is meant to provide supplemental assistance for when you are not able to provide your pet with all of the food or supplies that are needed. Because of this, we will be using a punch card system to ensure we can assist as many people as possible. You will be able to visit our pantry twice per month and we will mark each visit on your card. Visit 2320 Park Boulevard to pick up a Food & Supply Pantry Card Application or download a copy below!

If you would like to donate food or supplies to be given out at our pantry, please take your donations to the Pieloch Pet Adoption Center at 6500 S. 70th Street or our Admissions & Assessment Center at 2320 Park Boulevard and let staff know, thank you!

What to do with your application after you have completed it:

Return to 2320 Park Boulevard at our Admissions & Assessment Center. The facility is open 10:30am-6:00pm Monday-Friday & 12:00-4:00pm on weekends. Staff will take a copy of your proof of government assistance to include with the application.

You may email a photo of this application & a photo of your proof of government assistance to paws@capitalhumanesociety.org.

Once the application is approved, you will be given a punch card that must be brought in each time to receive food or supplies.
